Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Hong Kong is seeking an experienced property valuation professional to handle daily enquiries from bank clients and provide strategic insights on the local market.

You will lead and support business development and marketing, while building relationships with banks and financial institutions, and oversee valuation reports and market analyses.

The role requires leadership, mentoring of junior staff, and a strong knowledge of HKIS/RICS standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property valuation, real estate advisory, property consultancy, or related field.
• Strong understanding of property valuation principles and HK market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience serving banking/financial institution clients is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or management experience.
• HKIS and/or RICS membership is mandatory.

What are we looking for?

• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional qualification with HKIS and/or RICS membership is mandatory.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager.
