Job summary

Colliers in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Real Estate Valuation professional to manage and deliver valuation and consultancy assignments from commencement to completion. You will conduct inspections, market research, and due diligence, prepare analyses and reports, and maintain strong client relationships within a busy APAC market.

The role requires 3+ years’ HK/APAC valuation experience, a related degree, and fluency in English and Chinese, with progress toward RICS/HKIS welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years of property valuation experience in Hong Kong or APAC.
• Experience with a commercial real estate consultancy preferred.
• Progress towards RICS or HKIS membership is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, numerical and research skills; ability to interpret market data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver valuation and consultancy assignments from commencement to completion.
• Conduct property inspections, market research and due diligence in Hong Kong and/or overseas.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies, valuation analyses and advisory reports.
• Review legislation, government policies and land documents to support valuation advice.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development goals.
