Cushman & Wakefield in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Valuer to join our Valuation & Advisory team. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of valuation and consultancy assignments, including land matters, development feasibility studies, statutory valuations, and advisory projects.

Formación

• Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' valuation/land/development consultancy experience.
• HKIS and/or RICS membership is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, report writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Produce clear, concise, and professional reports, correspondence, and business documents.
• Undertake existing valuation mandates and conduct high-profile bids for new business to achieve strategic targets.
• Generate ideas and pitches for clients and prospects to drive new business across all Valuation and Advisory lines.
• Take responsibility for valuation assignments and liaise with clients to discuss their needs.

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional to join our Valuation & Advisory team as a Senior Valuer. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of valuation and consultancy assignments, including land matters, development feasibility studies, statutory valuations, and advisory projects.
