• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research, data analysis, financial modelling, and report preparation for property valuation projects in Hong Kong and the PRC.

Prepare property valuation reports for financing, accounting, immigration, litigation, and other professional purposes for financial institutions and private clients.

Work closely with team members and coordinate effectively with clients and other professional parties to address enquiries and project requirements in a timely manner.

Conduct property inspections and carry out due diligence exercises in support of valuation assignments.

Perform ad hoc duties and provide operational support as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Studies, or a related discipline

Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in property valuation and general practice surveying

Member of HKIS and/or RICS (General Practice Division) is preferred.

Presentable, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal, communication and business development skills. Strong interest in financial modelling, property market research and valuation analysis

Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Surveyor
