Access Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development to drive industrial collaboration, technology transfer, commercialization, and startup initiatives for research outputs and IP in design and AI technologies. Based at the Hong Kong Science Park, occasional travel may be required.

You will build partnerships with R&D groups, lead market analysis-based proposals, and coordinate spin-off programs, aiming to translate research into market-ready solutions.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD/DBA preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or MSc with MBA and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in technology management, business development, and technology transfer related to IC design, design automation, semiconductor, or AI technologies.
• Ability to establish partnerships with industry, universities, and public sector; strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of commercialization strategies and business cases for research outputs and IP.
• Establish strategic collaborations with local and international partners and open-source communities to advance projects.
• Manage technology transfer agreements and research contracts with private companies and public sector entities.
