Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks an experienced Senior Digital Strategy Lead to support DEI Executives and the Director in shaping digital strategy, governance, and portfolio management across the MCE Division. You will align IT, Finance, and other streams, drive value realisation, and report to senior management with clear executive briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in digital strategy development, project management or consulting.
• Minimum 5+ years of management experience with digital experience strategies.
• Proven track record with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Experience in digital transformation in consumer/entertainment sectors.
• Excellent partnership and vendor management skills.
• Experience in strategy and roadmap development, product vision and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support DEI Executives in establishing a clear digital strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and other divisions for aligned digital initiatives.
• Lead and implement project management frameworks for governance and execution.
• Provide holistic status reports on digital initiatives to senior leadership.
• Develop multi-year Digital Platforms strategy and operating model with briefing papers for ExCo.
• Drive workforce planning and operating model improvements across Digital Platforms.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide platform investment planning and governance.
• Establish benefits tracking and value realisation frameworks for major investments.
