Amicorp Group, a global provider of corporate management and fiduciary services, seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Insights & Analytics. You will align client data with market opportunities, integrate the CRM and Zoho platforms into a single client view, and lead data-driven growth across marketing, sales, and client service.

You will own data quality and governance, build enterprise dashboards, develop predictive models for attrition, cross-sell and lifetime value, and apply AI to unstructured

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, CS, Statistics or related field.
• 10+ years of data analytics, BI, CRM or client data experience in professional services or financial sectors.
• 4+ years leading teams or enterprise data initiatives.
• Hands-on experience integrating CRM and client platforms into a single client view.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and BI tool skills (Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics).

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead client data analytics and BI initiatives.
• Design and maintain a single client view across CRM and platforms.
• Define data strategy, ownership, access, and governance.
• Build enterprise dashboards showing client journey, pipeline, revenue.
• Lead data integrations with Zoho and other CRMs.
• Measure CEI, NPS, CSAT and client experience.
