Job summary

Sun Life in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Channel Management professional to lead recruitment and sales-development initiatives for our agency force. You will organize training programs, strengthen relationships with agency leaders, and drive performance through data-driven analysis and effective incentive schemes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience in financial services, with strong English and Chinese communication, presentation, and project-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field.
• 6+ years of related experience in insurance, banking, finance, training, or business consulting.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and spoken skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and training capabilities.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and deliver training programs and workshops for agency force.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agency leaders.
• Motivate agency leaders and recruiters through consultations and skill sharing.
• Monitor districts’ performance and prepare management reports.
• Support incentive programs with Agency Management and MDRT teams.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects.

Job Description

• Plan, organize and coordinate business development and recruitment related program for agency force to achieve company target in both production and headcount growth
• Plan, organize and deliver training program/ workshop on sales and recruitment and facilitate team building to agency force
• Develop and maintain relationship with agency leaders to obtain good co-operation from agency force for implementation of company’s strategy
• To motivate agency leaders and recruiters by consultation, experience sharing and practical skills sharing
• Monitor the performance of districts and agency leaders. Review and analyze sales and recruitment statistics, and prepare business-analysis report to management for business review
• Work closely with Agency Management (DOA) and Sales Promotion & MDRT team to implement effective incentive programs that motivate agency to achieve business and headcount target
• Provide support to ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 6 years related experience, preferably in insurance/banking/finance/training/business management/business consultancy industry etc.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, presentation, project management and training facilitation skills
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure
• Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market is an advantage
• Hands on skills with Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
