Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Coordination Manager (M&E) to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure progress aligns with project milestones.

The role requires effective liaison with stakeholders, strong planning and document submission skills, and the ability to resolve on-site disruptions. Candidates with main contractor experience are preferred; higher levels will be considered for more senior coordination responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Services or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in main contractors is preferable.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Coordination Manager (M&E)

Responsibilities

• To effectively manage the day to day works with different stakeholders, to ensure the site progress is carried out in a timely manner
• Assist in overall project planning and co-ordination
• Resolve site disruption / installation difficulties issues faced by team and raise escalations to project leader as needed
• Prepare documents submission
