Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, coordinating with Client Representatives, Main Contractor, and Subcontractors. You will monitor progress, ensure compliance with drawings and workmanship, and report non-conformities to the project manager.

The role requires a Higher Certificate or higher in a related discipline, with at least 3 years of site supervision experience in M&E or construction.

Qualifications

• Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in site supervision construction work or relevant experience in M&E field.
• Hard working and self-motivated.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site coordination with Client Representatives, Main Contractor and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works, and tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation.
• Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager the progress of work, and any non-conformity in related to material delivered, work compliance to contract, drawing and workmanship
• Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure sufficient labor force.
