Job summary

K&L ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Project Manager to lead project execution, attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams from Hong Kong. You will manage project schedules, supervise subcontractors and ensure site progress aligns with the plan and safety standards.

The role emphasizes cost control, collaboration with operations, and adherence to drawings, specifications, and management instructions to protect project margins.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferably managerial experience in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution in accordance with the project plan and attend site meetings.
• Coordinate, plan and prepare project time schedules.
• Work closely with clients, coordinate with internal staff, manage sub-contractors and supervise site progress.
• Collaborate with operations manager to manage project profit margin by price comparisons and cost control.
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards, drawings, specifications and management instructions.

Education

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent

5+ years experience in related field

Managerial experience in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical
