Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead Delvaux boutique operations within SAPAC, focusing on SEA markets and national-wide store development. You will supervise daily retail activities, drive KPI targets, and coach the sales team to deliver outstanding client service.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-unit management experience in fashion and luxury, fluent English, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business management is required.
• 7+ years of retail management experience in fashion and luxury.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred; willing to travel frequently.
• Excellent knowledge of KPI management and multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store management across SAPAC with focus on SEA boutiques and nationwide development.
• Supervise daily retail operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Drive KPI targets (CRM, Conversion, UPT, SPT) and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with CRM, Merchandising, Marketing to build brand awareness.
• Ensure stock integrity, prevent losses, and support after sales service.
• Lead store openings/relocations and staff recruitment growth.
• Maintain VM standards and optimal product presentation for sales growth.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales feedback to Commercial Director and store leaders.
