Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead end-to-end implementation of Life and Health insurance products and strategic initiatives. You will represent Life Operations within the Product Implementation Team, driving delivery across business, operations, IT, and compliance while ensuring efficiency and compliance.

You will also lead and develop a team of project managers and business analysts, embedding continuous improvement and customer-focused practices across the delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of life insurance industry experience with product implementation knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years leading product implementation, business transformation, or project management.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Life and Health insurance products and related system initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, milestones, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Chair meetings, manage stakeholders, and provide exec-level updates.
• Coach and develop junior project managers and analysts.
