Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead end-to-end implementation of Life and Health insurance products and related initiatives. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, IT, and compliance to deliver projects on time, within scope, and compliant with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry with solid knowledge of insurance operations and product implementation.
• 5+ years of experience leading product implementation, business transformation, or project management initiatives.
• 3+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Life and Health insurance products, product enhancements, and related system initiatives across all distribution channels.
• Oversee business analysis activities and ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational needs.
• Chair project meetings, manage stakeholder relationships, and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior project managers to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
