Sun Life Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead end-to-end project delivery within Life Insurance operations. You will define scope, build plans, mentor junior analysts, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements while ensuring governance and compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, process improvements, and high-quality deliverables with English and Chinese proficiency. Hong Kong office-based position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Solid experience in business analysis and process improvement/re-engineering.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and attention to detail with control-minded execution.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
• Working knowledge of IT systems for process streamlining and service improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts and promote high-quality output.
• Elicit, document and validate requirements with stakeholders; translate needs into actionable plans.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues and dependencies; provide governance and status reporting.
• Ensure alignment to business objectives and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee quality assurance and promote best practices to maintain delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Life Operation stakeholders to implement system enhancements.
• Provide ad-hoc support to team heads/leaders and ensure regulatory compliance.
