Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG seeks a Lending Officer for the APAC region, focusing on tailored financing solutions for Ultra High Net Worth clients and Family Offices in North Asia. You will work with Lending Management, Sales Coverage, and Risk teams to structure and execute financing while ensuring compliance with internal standards.

The role requires 7+ years in private banking or related financing, strong credit analysis, and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in private banking, investment bank or financing groups within reputable institutions.
• Strong understanding of credit processes, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of capital markets and derivatives is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present concise reports.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute lending transactions for the APAC region.
• Support credit structuring, due diligence, documentation and credit approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales Coverage, Lending Management and risk teams to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards, NPA/NTA processes and internal controls.
• Promote Lending as a product and engage with clients, including meetings with legal and external partners.
