HSBC is seeking a Director, Head of Agency Lending Trading APAC to lead the Asia securities lending coverage across equities, fixed income and cash lending. The role requires regional leadership, strategic execution, and strong client and counterparty relationships across Asia.

The successful candidate will supervise risk controls and drive liquidity management, pricing and execution excellence for a high-performing Asia trading team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in securities lending, repo, financing, treasury or related markets.
• Ability to lead regional teams across Asia with strong commercial judgement.
• Strong knowledge of equity, fixed income and cash lending markets in Asia.

Responsabilités

• Lead Asia securities lending coverage and trading across equities, fixed income and cash lending.
• Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with HSBC’s global plan.
• Manage client and counterparty relationships and pricing strategies.
• Oversee risk, governance, and controls within the Asia trading day.
• Coach and develop the Asia team, ensuring strong collaboration across regions.
