Job summary

Adecco Hong Kong is seeking a senior legal leader to guide a lean team providing practical regulatory and commercial support across the business. You will advise senior management, draft and negotiate broad commercial agreements, and manage relationships with external counsel and regulators.

You will be responsible for governance, risk management, and aligning legal strategies with strategic business initiatives, including cross-border investments.

Qualifications

• PQE 5+ with experience in private practice and/or financial services platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and commercial legal matters.
• Previous exposure to wealth management, asset management, securities, investment platforms or related sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead junior legal professionals.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
