Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legally sound and regulatory guidance to our asset management and wealth management teams on daily operations and strategic initiatives.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad spectrum of agreements, support governance and regulatory interactions, and coordinate with external advisers to manage disputes and litigation.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Hong Kong with a recognised law degree and 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial services, with exposure to securities and regulatory matters.
• Strong understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and data privacy considerations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Strong understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and data privacy considerations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with strong attention to detail.
