Job summary

Lukfook Group in Hong Kong is seeking a property and leasing professional to manage tenancy administration, review lease agreements, and negotiate terms with landlords. The role includes maintaining relations with authorities, agents and contractors, and coordinating renovation projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in property management with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including supervisory exposure, and strong English, Chinese and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in property management or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant working experience; at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Tenancy administration for the group’s premises; review lease agreements, handle leasing activities, managing landlords and leasing terms negotiation.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with local authorities, agents, contractors and other business contacts; conduct market research.
• Responsible for renovation projects, planning & scheduling and design coordination.
• Oversee renovation, repair and maintenance and ensure all building rules and regulations are met.
• Possess strong negotiation skills and experience in property acquisition and disposal.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
