Job summary

Lukfook Jewellery in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Assistant Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities for retail properties. The role requires a university degree in property management or equivalent and a minimum of six years’ relevant experience, including three years in supervision.

You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and customer‑service oriented, and have a solid understanding of local property regulations, market dynamics, and MS

Qualifications

• University degree in property management or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong problem solving ability
• Independent, self-motivated and organizing skills
• Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good understanding of the property market
• Proficient in property regulations and compliances issues
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional traveling if needed
