Job summary

Lukfook Group in Hong Kong is seeking a property and leasing professional to manage tenancy administration, review lease agreements, and negotiate terms with landlords. The role includes maintaining relations with authorities, agents and contractors, and coordinating renovation projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in property management with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including supervisory exposure, and strong English, Chinese and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in property management or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant working experience; at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Tenancy administration for the group’s premises; review lease agreements, handle leasing activities, managing landlords and leasing terms negotiation.

Details of Position

• Tenancy administration for the group’s premises; review lease agreements, handle in leasing activities, managing landlords and leasing terms negotiation
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with local authorities, agents, contractor and other business contacts, and conduct market research

Job Requirement

• Qualifications Requirement: Degree
• Experience Requirement: 6 Years
• University degree in property management or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong problem solving ability
• Independent, self-motivated and organizing skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good understanding of the property market
• Proficient in property regulations and compliances issues
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power-point and Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional traveling if needed
