Job summary

Dah Chong Hong, Ltd is seeking a Property Leasing professional to join the Group Investment Management division in Corporate Support. The role focuses on lease administration, negotiations, and portfolio management across Hong Kong and regional markets.

The candidate will review tenancy documents, liaise with landlords and authorities, and coordinate approvals and payments while maintaining detailed leasing records and schedules. Fluent English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in property leasing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from different levels.
• Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
• Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration matters, including lease renewals, relocations, terminations, and rent reviews.
• Review tenancy agreements, licences, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate lease applications and approval processes in accordance with company policies.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, property agents, solicitors, valuers, and government authorities.
• Conduct lease negotiations and assist in securing favorable commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate lease records and ensure timely filing of leasing documents.
• Monitor critical lease dates and follow up on renewal and termination actions.
• Support property acquisition, disposal, surrender, and repossession projects.
• Coordinate rental payments, security deposits, and other property-related expenses.
• Prepare management reports, leasing summaries, and portfolio analyses.
• Work closely with business units, finance teams, and legal departments on property-related matters.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
