International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Officer to manage leasing inquiries, tenancy administration and to prepare budgets and management reports in Hong Kong.

You will conduct market research and coordinate takeover, handover of premises, fitting-out and renovation works while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in Surveying / Estate Management / Business
• Minimum 3 years leasing experience, preferably with major developers
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Team player; more experienced candidates may be considered for Deputy Senior Leasing Officer
