Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers 香港喜來登酒店 is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Officer to drive talent development on-site. You will host onboarding sessions, deliver engaging workshops, and support our student trainees throughout the learning journey.
As a key member of the HR team, you will mentor trainees, coordinate visas and allowances, and lead our Departmental Trainers with ongoing coaching, plans, and performance reporting. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.

As our Senior Learning & Development Officer, you will be a key spark in our learning journey. You'll host interactive workshops, champion our digital learning initiatives, support our internal trainers, and walk alongside our student trainees every step of the way.
Lead our interactive New Associates Orientation and host welcoming gatherings for new joiners. Facilitate key service workshops and deliver practical conversational English sessions to support front-line associates.
Serve as the main mentor for student trainees. Lead monthly meetings, guide their professional growth, and seamlessly handle end-to-end onboarding, visa applications, and allowance processing.
Act as the team leader for hotel-wide Departmental Trainers. Offer continuous coaching, coordinate training observations, and ensure monthly training plans and reports are submitted smoothly.
Administer user accounts on our digital learning platforms and oversee our Career Development Centre. Manage course logistics, conduct hotel tours, prepare the Daily Briefing, and support hotel-wide HR events.
Support cross-exposure programs, coordinate company-sponsored training, and actively participate in hotel-wide associate engagement events and special HR projects.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Training, or a related social science discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant L&D experience, preferably within an international hotel chain. Experience in the hospitality industry is a massive advantage.
Energetic, approachable, and creative with great team spirit and a natural ability to connect with people and present with confidence. You are highly organized, tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital learning tools, cool under pressure, with professional facilitation skills and fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
