Job summary

State Street is seeking a supervisory professional for its Private Equity Fund Services unit in Hong Kong. You will direct day-to-day accounting and administration for multiple client funds and engage with clients, investment professionals, auditors and lawyers.

You will review capital allocations, waterfalls, and financial work papers, ensure timely deliverables, and coordinate annual audits with external firms. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in business-related field; accounting concentration preferred.
• At least 8 years accounting experience including 2–3 years in supervisory and financial reporting.
• Private equity/real estate industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day accounting and administration for client funds.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax returns.
• Review partner capital allocations, waterfalls, and financial work papers.
• Ensure timely client deliverables and adherence to internal controls.
• Identify unusual transactions per policy and report as required.
