Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Training Administrator to manage training systems, maintain records and support operations. The role focuses on organizing onboarding programs for new agents, developing materials, and providing support to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in training or learning & development, and strong English/Chinese communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 3 years related experience in learning & development or training
• Strong English and Chinese written/spoken skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and training facilitation skills
• Hands-on with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of design/video is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage training systems, maintain training records and support training administration and operations
• Organize training schedules, venue arrangements, learning materials and procurement activities
• Respond to training enquiries and provide training support to agency force and internal stakeholders
• Plan, promote, organize and deliver onboarding training for new agents
• Develop and maintain training materials, eLearning modules and learning resources
• Support departmental initiatives, cross-team collaboration and ad-hoc projects
