Sun Life is seeking a Training Administrator to manage training systems, maintain records and support operations. The role focuses on organizing onboarding programs for new agents, developing materials, and providing support to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in training or learning & development, and strong English/Chinese communication and MS Office proficiency.

• Strong English and Chinese written/spoken skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and training facilitation skills
• Hands-on with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of design/video is a plus

Job Description

• Manage training systems, maintain training records and support training administration and operations
• Organize training schedules, venue arrangements, learning materials and procurement related activities
• Respond to training enquiries and provide training support to agency force and internal stakeholders
• Plan, promote, organize and deliver foundational training programs for new onboarding agents
• Develop and maintain training materials, eLearning modules and other learning resources
• Provide support to departmental initiatives, cross-team collaboration and ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 3 years related experience, preferably in learning and development, training, education, insurance, banking or financial services industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, presentation and training facilitation skills
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Hands on skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in promotion, poster design, video production and multimedia content development would be an advantage
