Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role. You will perform risk assessments on production changes, assist in monitoring processes, and ensure adherence to documentation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, 3 years of ITIL experience, and a solid background in network and system implementation, with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in ITIL service management practices.
• Hands-on experience in network & system implementation.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
