Job summary

A technology firm in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator with at least 7 years of solid hands-on experience. The role involves designing, planning, and implementing IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems function properly including cloud platforms and application servers. Candidates should have a degree in Information Technology or equivalent, along with relevant certifications, and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Holder of CCNA / MCSE / LPI / MCITP / ITIL preferred.
• Holder of AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure administration.
• Experience in enterprise network and security design and implementation.
• Experience in Cloud platforms, O365, Microsoft platform, Linux platform (Suse & Ubuntu), and Database servers.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement IT infrastructure based on best practices.
• Ensure all IT systems are functioning properly including Cloud and application servers.
• Oversee daily IT system operations and performance monitoring.
• Provide Level-2 IT support, and maintain knowledge base for support and training.
• Liaise with vendors on quotations for IT hardware & software.
