Job summary

A leading IT services company is seeking a candidate to carry out installation and maintenance work for IPT systems and related technologies. The ideal applicant must hold a Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Vendor certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP will be advantageous. The role may require working irregular hours and traveling overseas.

Qualifications

• 3 years working experience in IT or telecommunication field.
• Experience in PABX/IPT & adjunct systems is preferred.
• Vendor certification (MCSE/CCNA/CCNP) as an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and maintenance work for IPT systems.
• Interact with customers and collect requirements.
• Provide training to customers.
• Work in irregular hours including overnight when required.
