Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud migration and technology transformation within a financial services setting. You will partner with senior executives to build business cases, secure approvals, and guide cross-functional teams across business and tech units.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, governance and vendor management, and experience in regulated industries. Fluency in English and Cantonese is expected, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, technology, engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, business transformation, or technology delivery.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migration or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong governance, vendor management, budgeting, and risk management experience.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
