Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an I T Program Manager in Hong Kong to lead internal and digital application projects with a focus on governance and delivery quality. You will guide end-to-end initiatives across onshore and offshore teams, balancing traditional waterfall, hybrid, or agile models.

The role requires a university degree and 8+ years of enterprise program delivery, with experience on $10M+ projects and strong executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, IT, CS or related discipline.
• Strong IT project management knowledge.
• 8+ years in complex enterprise project delivery.
• Experience on $10M+ technology projects.
• Executive and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Vendor negotiations experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from business case to closure.
• Plan and lead cross-functional IT and business teams.
• Develop and maintain financial and resource plans.
• Deliver high-quality artefacts, reporting and docs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Support change management, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage project changes, risks and issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and steering committee.
• Mentor junior project managers and champion best-practice delivery.
