Job summary

PFCC Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 9-month engagement in Hong Kong to lead high-visibility, large-scale transformation programs across telecom and digital infrastructure. You will drive full lifecycle delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain rigorous governance.

The role requires 10+ years of delivery experience, experience with multi-workstream programs in a global matrix, and accreditation such as PMP/PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project delivery experience in large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience influencing executive/C-suite leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream outcomes in a global matrix using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent accreditation is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-million dollar transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Act as liaison between international operations and local teams; drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Evaluate new proposals for feasibility, risk, and long-term technical viability.
• Architect launch and execution plans, manage milestones, and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide transparent program visibility to executive leadership and partners.
