Job summary

Leadingnation in Admiralty, Hong Kong seeks a seasoned technology leader to drive enterprise architecture, oversee critical solution delivery and guide digital transformation initiatives. You will champion modern practices, align technology roadmaps with business needs and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to realize strategic objectives.

You will bring 15+ years in enterprise solutions, strong SAP/Azure experience and a track record of leading large programmes,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of relevant enterprise solution development experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong ERP experience with SAP, cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cybersecurity frameworks.
Proven track record in digital transformation and cloud adoption across large programmes.
Experience in data analytics, AI, automation and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across multiple technology domains and governance.
Oversee design, delivery and continuous improvement of critical solutions.
Drive modern tech practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align tech strategies with objectives and regulatory needs.
Evaluate emerging technologies and implement opportunities to strengthen capabilities.
Lead technical teams, establish development standards and manage vendor partnerships.
