Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or related discipline.
• 10+ years IT leadership in enterprise environments.
• Experience overseeing large-scale ERP and integration across multinational environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tech stack and AI-enabled tools.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the organization’s application landscape (ERP, CRM, digital systems, integrations).
• Lead IT projects from inception through delivery, including requirements, planning, testing, and go‑live support.
• Identify opportunities to reduce debt, automate, and adopt new technologies for growth.
• Manage enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises with security and disaster recovery.
• Develop governance, security policies, metrics, and regular reporting on delivery and availability.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, cost efficiencies, and service quality.
• Support annual technology planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
