Our client is a top global consumer brand seeking a Senior Enterprise IT Transformation Manager in Hong Kong to lead enterprise level IT transformation programmes and to oversee ERP initiatives including SAP S/4HANA.

The role requires 10+ years of IT leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and exceptional communication in English and Chinese, with a proven track record delivering large scale IT change across sizable organisations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• Over 10 years of relevant IT experience managing for sizable organizations.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise IT transformation programmes.
• Experience leading ERP projects for SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion and manage IT Transformation initiatives at enterprise level.
• Oversee IT governance and control to ensure high standards of IT services.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders and department heads to realize business values.
• Optimize performance and deliveries of external consultants and technology vendors.
