You will guide architecture, governance, and escalation, partnering with trading and post-trade systems teams to optimize protocol interactions and latency. Strong leadership and 15+ years in the field are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in network engineering and infrastructure design.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and setting engineering policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct architecture, engineering governance and modernization roadmaps across multi-tier data centre networks.
• Take delivery accountability for major technology transformation projects.
• Partner with application teams to dissect protocol interactions and latency footprints.
• Act as escalation point for complex root-cause analyses and transit network issues.
• Drive adoption of next-generation switching fabrics and routing topologies.
