Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is recruiting for the IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division to process new equity listings and related pre-IPO enquiries. You will manage a portfolio of listing applications, draft comments and reports to the Listing Committee, and support policy matters.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in law, accounting, corporate finance or related fields, with strong English and Chinese skills; Putonghua is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or related field.
• Experience with Listing Rules and securities industry practices is required.
• Strong communication and professional presentation abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead IPO applications as team manager and monitor progress of a portfolio of listing applications.
• Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee.
• Assist in handling pre-IPO enquiries and IPO-related policy matters.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Provide accounting, legal or other professional support to the Listing Division.
