Zusammenfassung

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) invites applications for the IPO Vetting Department in the Listing Division. The team processes new equity listings and pre-IPO enquiries, ensuring governance and compliance in a fast-paced capital market.

The successful candidate will lead a team, draft comment letters and reports for Listing Committee, and support policy matters while collaborating with lawyers, accountants and other professionals across HKEX.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Listing Rules and securities industry practices.
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills; Putonghua is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team to process IPO applications and monitor a portfolio of listings.
• Draft comment letters and department reports for Listing Committee.
• Support pre-IPO enquiries and IPO policy matters.
• Provide ad hoc project support and accounting/legal assistance as required.
