Ogier Global in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Administrator in Investor Services to support the Manager in KYC, registrar and transfer agency activities for a portfolio of investment fund clients.

You will review subscription and redemption activity, prepare investor reports and maintain shareholders registers, while liaising with fund managers on KYC, AEOI and related queries. A professional qualification and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years' experience in fund administrator, investor services or transfer agency.
• Proficient understanding of AML and AEOI regulations (Cayman Islands).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong client service orientation and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Review and process subscription and redemption activity promptly.
• Deliver dealing confirmations, investor reports, and statements timely.
• Maintain the fund shareholders register up-to-date.
• Liaise with fund managers and respond to investor KYC and AEOI queries.
• Assist with investor KYC and FATCA/CRS reporting.
• Support client onboarding procedures and billing management.
• Handle ad hoc requests from the Manager.
