Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Senior Business Development Officer (EB sector) to provide enquiry support to intermediate corporate clients on policy administration, claims and complaints. You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and help drive service improvements.

The role requires 2-3 years' insurance customer servicing experience, a client-focused mindset, and strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree holder preferable.
2-3 years' experience in insurance customer servicing.
Basic understanding of the distribution of life and health insurance businesses.
Excellent communication interpersonal skills; with good client-centric mindset.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide enquiry support to intermediate corporate client on policy administration, claim and complaints.
Follow up and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries.
Prepare performance reports to monitor SLAs and service standards.
Collect feedback reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company.
Follow and propose changes to streamline process and meet customer expectation.
Participate in projects and system enhancements to enhance team efficiency and service level.
