Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is looking for a customer service professional to support day-to-day operations at our centres and handle customer enquiries. You will help maintain high service standards for internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least a Form Six education, IIQA qualifications, 2+ years in life insurance, strong communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin, and a proven team player who can handle admin tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least Form Six or above.
• IIQA qualification on Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5.
• At least 2 years or above working experience in life insurance.
• Solid experience in service centre and strong customer service skill.
• Good team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle both internal and external customers.
• Able to perform general administrative work.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day activities at customer service walk-in centres and customer enquiry to maintain smooth and good customer service standard to both internal and external customers
• Achieve department goals and service standard
• Support projects/initiatives related to customer service and fraud control
• Perform follow up actions after enquiry
• Need support reception duty occasionally
• Performed outbound calls to clients for follow up service
• Able to perform administration work and reporting
