Job summary

e-Job Agency Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a calm, team-oriented Client Service Officer / AM to support Employee Benefits and General Insurance clients. You will handle client renewals, claims support, and data management while liaising with Directors and the administrative lead.

The role emphasizes client retention, cross-selling opportunities, and effective stakeholder management within a brokerage environment. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; IIQE papers are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Employee Benefits or General Insurance, preferably within a brokerage or insurance firm.
• Deep understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market.
• Must hold IIQE (Papers 1–4) or equivalent (ANZIIF/LOMA).
• Japanese or Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse client portfolio; manage the end-to-end renewal process and provide dedicated support for insurance claims.
• Ensure operational efficiency through accurate data entry and maintaining detailed client records within the company database.
• Identify gaps in client coverage and suggest additional insurance products to enhance their protection portfolios.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with insurers and clients (ranging from local firms to MNC).
• Work with the manager to align on service standards and report on performance.
