Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Communication, Experience Design or related fields in financial services/consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of customer initiatives from planning to fulfillment.
• Design and deliver engaging communications to strengthen loyalty and drive cross-selling.
• Plan, coordinate and support customer engagement events onsite.
• Develop and oversee strategic initiatives aligned with retention goals.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, product and other departments for cohesive messaging.
