Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau invites applications for a Senior Business Development professional focused on medical insurance and employee benefits. You will drive renewal and new business, develop channels, and coordinate marketing activities to meet targets.

The role requires at least 5 years in business development within insurance, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Cantonese. A Bachelor degree is expected; candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Business

Responsibilities

• Achieve own sales targets by renewing and winning new business
• Assist the team to achieve overall sales targets
• Develop medical insurance business across channels to hit targets
• Coordinate product launch-related marketing activities
• Provide services to customers and intermediaries
• Maintain close relationships with key business contacts
• Develop new business sources
• Support team head in developing and executing strategic plans
