Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead compensation & benefits, performance management, insurance & work injury administration, employee relations, and HR administration. You will provide professional HR guidance and ensure policy compliance with HK laws.
You will drive annual HR processes, manpower planning and workforce analytics, oversee HRIS initiatives, and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality service across the organization.
This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including compensation & benefits, performance management, insurance & work injury administration, employee relations, and HR administration. The position acts as HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide professional advice on employee matters and HR policies.

Act as HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide professional advice on employee matters and HR policies
Support annual HR processes including performance & salary review, manpower planning and workforce analytics
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and ensure smooth HR service delivery
Coordinate and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance initiatives in accordance with Hong Kong employment legislation
Lead or participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives and HR digitalization programmes
Support the enhancement and implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Prepare management reports and people analytics to support decision making
Supervise and coach HR team members, fostering professional development and high performance
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
At least 8 years of solid HR experience, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partnering
In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant employment regulations
Experience in HRIS implementation, or digital HR transformation projects is highly desirable
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
