Job summary

The Wharf (Holdings) Limited is seeking an experienced HRIS Support professional to join its internal support team for HRIS rollouts and enhancements across four HR teams and Central Payroll.

You will handle data preparation, UAT, liaison with consultants, user training and reporting, with a strong focus on HR data analysis, headcount and payroll cost for budgeting and control. English and Chinese proficiency required; SAP SuccessFactors exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience with 5–6 years in HRIS support.
• Analytical and numerically strong with advanced Excel.
• Proficient in HR practices and labour ordinance; good communication.
• SAP SuccessFactors HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS projects across multiple HR teams.
• Participate in data preparation, UAT, training and admin tasks.
• Analyse HR data and prepare management reports.
• Assist benefits and compensation projects as needed.
