Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Manager – HRBP for frontline portfolio to act as a trusted business partner to retail operations. You will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support to business leaders and store operations.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will manage employee relations, talent management, headcount analytics, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration, or related discipline.
• 12–15+ years HR experience with frontline/retail exposure.
• Solid HRBP experience in fashion/lifestyle/retail sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable in lean, dynamic environments.
• Proactive, agile, solutions-driven with ownership and accountability.
• Experience with incentive schemes, organizational development or process improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as key HR partner to retail operations, delivering practical and commercially sound people advice to managers and stakeholders.
• Independently manage employee relations including disciplinary issues, investigations, grievances, misconduct cases, and workplace injury cases.
• Exercise judgment and escalate risks with recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning, performance reviews, and annual salary reviews.
• Support workforce planning through headcount reporting, manpower analysis, and people analytics.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring initiatives and workforce planning needs.
• Drive HR projects including incentive scheme reviews, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
• Build relationships across levels to balance employee needs with business objectives.
• Champion proactive, agile, and solutions-oriented HR in a fast-paced retail environment.
