Job summary

KOS International Limited seeks a Senior HR Business Partner Lead to oversee the Hong Kong and Macau retail business, driving strategic people initiatives for a large frontline workforce. You will partner with senior business leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR priorities.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will lead a team of 3-4 HRBPs and collaborate with specialist Centres of Excellence to manage the full people agenda across a multi-site operation in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
15+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience, with proven leadership experience managing HR teams.
Experience in mass retail, FMCG, supermarket, hospitality, telecom, logistics or large-scale consumer-facing organisations.

Responsibilities

Lead the HRBP function for Hong Kong and Macau retail business, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR priorities.
Manage a team of 3-4 HR Business Partners and collaborate with Centres of Excellence to oversee the full people agenda for a large frontline workforce.
Drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and change initiatives across frontline and corporate populations.
Influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment to support business growth.
